PURCHASING

Products may be ordered by following the instructions on the Purchasing page of this site. Prices may increase or decrease from time to time and all prices quoted include Goods and Services Tax. Payment is to be made in New Zealand dollars for the full amount due. Delivery is to physical addresses within New Zealand only. We are unable to courier to a PO Box address. Goods are at our risk until delivered to you or your shipping agent.

We will endeavour to deliver your purchase within 3 to 4 working days after receiving your order. Some addresses ie. Rural Delivery may be dependent on the local courier’s schedule. Please note that the courier requires a signature to confirm delivery. If no one is at home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a calling card in the mailbox and alternative delivery arrangements can be made. We cannot guarantee to relay specific delivery instructions to our courier, however we will make endeavours to do so.

Delivery charges are based on the weight and size measurements of the product purchased and shown as a separate item. Delivery will be by courier elected by EasyBarrow Ltd. No order will be accepted for delivery outside New Zealand. If you elect to pay by credit card, your credit card information is strictly confidential. If EasyBarrow Ltd is unable to deliver any items, your card will be credited with the full cost and delivery charge for that item debited when the order was placed. Accepted credit cards are Visa and Mastercard.
